Job summary

eighteen73 is a technical and creative marketing and communications agency based near Herefordshire. We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to lead design of websites, digital products and ads that deliver excellent user experiences and measurable results for our clients.

You will work across web UX, e-commerce, and digital campaigns, collaborating with developers, marketers and paid media specialists. Hybrid working is supported with a mix of office and remote work to spark creativity and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital design, covering both web design and online advertising creative.
• UX and UI design experience with examples of commercial work.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thinking and creativity across websites and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Figma as a creative and collaboration tool, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Motion or animation skills (After Effects) are a strong advantage.
• Full understanding of mobile-first and responsive design that marries creativity with user-focused needs.
• Working knowledge of ad specs and best practices across major paid social and display platforms.
• Capable of managing workload and deadlines, communicating issues and challenges as they arise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in end-to-end web design, defining journeys, pain points, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Lead design of websites and e-commerce stores for mobile-first, responsive experiences.
• Design digital products like web apps and portals with design systems.
• Create landing pages, email creatives and social content for campaigns.
• Design ad creatives for paid campaigns across social, display and video.
• Iterate on creative based on campaign performance with marketing team.
