We’re working with a creative and forward-thinking Web3 venture that’s redefining how people engage with digital brands in the decentralized world. Their mission is to break free from the conventional and deliver web experiences that don’t just inform—but captivate, immerse, and inspire.

This role is ideal for a Senior Digital Designer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for crafting distinctive brand experiences, and a strong portfolio that pushes boundaries in visual design and user experience. You’ll help shape next-generation websites for some of the most innovative brands in the crypto and digital space.

• Create visually stunning, high-impact websites designed to capture attention and earn recognition across platforms like Awwwards, FWA, and CSS Design Awards.
• Distinctive Brand Destinations
• Design sites that reflect a brand's essence through bold typography, modern layouts, and engaging visual language.
• Immersive User Journeys
• Translate complex Web3 concepts into compelling, easy-to-navigate digital experiences that resonate with global audiences.
• Memorable Interactions
• Design seamless micro-interactions and transitions that elevate usability and create lasting impressions.
• Flexible, Personality-Driven Design Systems
• Build scalable systems that allow for consistency across platforms while preserving creative uniqueness.

What Makes You a Fit

• A standout portfolio of web design work that reflects your creativity, attention to detail, and innovative approach.
• 6+ years of experience designing websites or digital experiences, preferably in high-velocity, design-led environments.
• Deep expertise in layout, composition, typography, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of how design translates into development, and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Mastery of tools like Figma and other leading design platforms.
• A passion for visual storytelling, boundary-pushing aesthetics, and delightful user experiences.
• A critical eye and high standards for design quality and brand integrity.

Bonus Points If You Bring

• Experience with interactive animation and motion design principles.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and interactive prototyping.
• Understanding of 3D elements in web environments.
• Prior exposure to Web3/crypto brands and the unique expectations of their user base.
• Experience designing for both marketing and product-oriented websites.
