Are you a visionary digital leader passionate about design innovation? We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to drive strategic growth within our Global Design Centre of Excellence (COE). You will lead and mentor a team of Designers, shaping a unified digital design identity across platforms including web, eCommerce, social media, interactive assets, and video.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Digital Services team, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Define and implement the digital design strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Oversee creation of digital assets across various platforms, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Manage resource allocation and workflow prioritization.
• Champion UI/UX best practices, evolving our website and CMS modules.
• Stay updated with digital trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent Digital Services in meetings and creative sessions.
