We are looking for a talented individual with a strong fashion-led aesthetic, retail expertise, and a user-centric approach to bring The White Company's unique proposition and brand personality to life.

What you'll be doing

As Senior Digital Design Manager, you'll lead the creative execution of all digital design touchpoints—from on-site experience and digital campaigns to social, email, and mobile. You'll sit within our dynamic Creative team, working closely with Brand, Marketing, Content, and UX, ensuring every digital output aligns with our visual identity, elevates the customer experience, and drives engagement.

Based in our White City offices and working within our Creative team, you'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional design execution and mentor a talented team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and execution of high-impact digital design across e-commerce, campaigns, social, paid media, email, and app, in alignment with the Head of Creative's vision and digital best practice.

  3. Manage and mentor a team of talented digital designers—supporting their growth, providing creative direction, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  4. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, UX, and Product) to ensure consistency, cohesion, best-in-class thinking, and clarity across all channels.
  5. Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and user behaviors to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  6. Develop and oversee design workflows and processes to optimize efficiency and uphold deadlines.
  7. Maintain and evolve digital brand guidelines in line with strategic direction and seasonal updates.
  8. Highly experienced in digital design, with previous experience in a leadership or senior management role.
  9. A strong portfolio showcasing elegant, engaging digital design across web, mobile, and campaign, including both ecommerce and digital editorial executions.
  10. Experience working in a leading fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium e-commerce brand (agency or in-house), across e-commerce, campaigns, social, paid media, email, and app.
  11. Deep understanding of digital-first branding, UX/UI principles, and responsive design across end-to-end user journeys.
  12. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Amplience, Hybris, and other relevant design and prototyping tools.
  13. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  14. Eye for elevated, fashion-forward aesthetics with commercial awareness.
  15. Passion for storytelling, brand, and user-centric design to elevate our functionality and digital creative standards.
