Apadmi in Salford is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital software projects, from scoping to hands-on delivery, across diverse client portfolios. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, manage budgets, and drive delivery with strong leadership.

Working with designers, developers, solution architects, and strategists, you’ll shape direction, monitor risk, and ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex software projects end-to-end.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and translate technical risks for non-technical audiences.
• Strong grasp of agile delivery and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical software projects across diverse client portfolios.
• Define scope, estimates, budgets, and track burn rates and invoicing against SoWs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and strategists to inform delivery planning and risk management.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to translate risks into actionable plans.
• Monitor resourcing, dependencies, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Apply best practices in agile delivery and continuous improvement of workflows.
