Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Project Manager in a digital agency, software consultancy or digital product business.
• Experience delivering customer-facing web platforms or mobile apps.
• Experience managing £1m+ projects including budgets, forecasting and resources.
• Experience managing external client relationships and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead £1m+ digital projects from discovery, scoping and estimation through development, testing and launch.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Architecture and QA.
• Own client relationships, working directly with senior stakeholders to manage expectations, scope and delivery priorities.
• Take commercial ownership of project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, burn rates and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, technical teams and delivery partners to achieve project milestones.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, changing requirements and project profitability.
• Oversee customer-facing web and mobile product launches, enhancements and ongoing development.

We're partnering with an established digital product consultancy looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital projects for major clients.

This is a hands-on, client-facing delivery role, ideal for someone from a digital agency, software consultancy or digital product development environment who enjoys managing technical teams, owning commercial outcomes and delivering products customers actually use.

What you'll be doing

• Lead £1m+ digital projects from discovery, scoping and estimation through development, testing and launch.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within a digital agency, software consultancy or digital product business.
• Strong experience delivering customer-facing web platforms, iOS/Android applications or software products.
• Demonstrable experience managing £1m+ projects, including budgets, forecasting, resources and commercial accountability.
• Experience managing external client relationships and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery and end-to-end digital product development.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery quality, timelines and profitability.

Important:

We're looking for someone who has delivered digital SaaS products in mobile/web environment for external clients, rather than just managing internal IT infrastructure, ERP implementations or business transformation projects.
