Roles and Responsibilities

Your role is divided among client project delivery, supporting sales, and engaging in community activities.

• Project Delivery:
  • Maintain 80% billable utilization.
  • Lead in accounts, teams, or work streams.
  • Define and execute project plans.
  • Provide strategic consultation.
  • Lead approach, estimation, and proposals for new projects.
• Service Area Excellence:
  • Create accelerators and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and develop new offerings.
  • Deliver internal training.
  • Contribute to publications like whitepapers or blogs.
• Project Pursuit:
  • Scope and estimate new opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and write Statements of Work.
  • Identify leads within or outside current engagements.

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant consulting experience.
• 3-5 years experience with cloud data platforms, bespoke applications, or AI/ML solutions.
• Strong understanding of technologies and processes.
• Proven track record of client satisfaction and project delivery.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for growth.
• Excellent presentation skills for engaging with executives and technical teams.
• Technical degree; background in computer science or math preferred.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Experience in turnaround situations and problem-solving.
• Ability to estimate work accurately and respond to RFPs.
• Willingness to travel for client delivery.
• Experience with partnerships (Microsoft, AWS, IBM, Snowflake) is a plus.
• Located in London.
