Role: Senior Digital Business Analyst
Location: Remote (occasional day down in Swindon)
Duration: 6 Months initially
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £400 Inside IR35

iO Associates are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to help deliver impactful technology and process change across a dynamic and forward-thinking Public Sector focused organisation. Working within a collaborative IT team, you\'ll play a key role in translating business needs into clear, actionable solutions as a Digital BA who brings a wealth of GDS experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise digital requirements
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support the development of efficient, user-focused solutions
• Turn business problems into technical requirements or user stories
• Support business case development and contribute to project planning
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
• Provide support to the Lead Business Analyst as needed

What we\'re looking for

• Experience in a GDS (Government Digital Service) environment
• Strong background in technical and business analysis
• Confident working across the full software development lifecycle
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and web-based CRMs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
