If you are passionate about insights and using them to drive eCommerce decisions, we are looking for a Senior Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to join our team. The role requires aligning your knowledge of data science and analytics with commercial insights.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

• Focus on our Shoppers and the Assortment they engage with, establishing and driving strategies to understand them better through LEGO Retail-focused Decision Science and aligning with TLG innovations.
• Utilize your analytics skills, collaborate with team members and the wider data analysis network to deliver strategies efficiently.
• Combine data science techniques, commercial knowledge, and data analysis skills to create a holistic view of performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Work collaboratively across commercial, engagement, and data science teams to foster a culture of change with actionable recommendations.
• Support marketing events by reporting on real-time performance and proactively identifying areas for optimization.
• Address gaps in understanding across the shopper’s purchase journey and drive data-driven insights to improve business understanding.
• Encourage innovation within the team to make positive changes for shoppers.

Team Contribution

Understanding shopper behaviors and informing decisions with insights is crucial. As part of the Trading Optimization team, you will be instrumental in transforming how we view our shoppers for the future.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and storytelling, preferably within an eCommerce insights team.
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities and implementing changes.
• Strong skills in turning data into insights and driving decisions, with a bias for action.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of data structures and ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Experience with Big Data platforms, web analytics, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of models like MTA, MMM, CLTV, and segmentation techniques.
• Analytics engineering experience is a plus.
