Job summary

Tesco Technology is seeking a Product Analytics and Experimentation professional to partner with Online Customer Experience teams across Tesco’s digital shopping platforms. You will drive data-driven improvements to search, browse, and checkout experiences, delivering insights from analytics and experimentation to support product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights for product teams.
• Strong experience with SQL and performing complex data analysis.
• Proven track record of storytelling with data using dashboards and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Form and nurture relationships with Product Managers and stakeholders across UX, Data, and Engineering.
• Understand product vision and roadmaps to align analytics work.
• Demonstrate data-based decision-making in fast-paced environments with trade-offs.
• Define product objectives and key results; monitor targets.
• Design analytics tracking frameworks and improve data quality in collaboration with engineers.
• Execute end-to-end analyses: collect requirements, define metrics, validate hypotheses, and deliver insights to grow the product.
• Present results with clear, actionable messaging to diverse audiences.
• Coach and/or mentor junior colleagues within the team.
• Follow the Business Code of Conduct with integrity and due diligence.
