Salary/Grade: Up to £60k

Contract: Full-time contract, 18 months

Location: Central London (Hybrid 1-2 days per week in office)

Overview of the Senior Digital Analyst position:

Are you a Senior Digital Analyst seeking a new challenge in London? We are looking for a talented individual with NEC experience from a housing association or local authority.

Sellick Partnership is partnering with our client to recruit a Senior Digital Analyst into their team on a full-time, 18-month contract. The role offers a salary of up to £60k and is based in London.

Key responsibilities:

• Service Performance Oversight - Monitor and evaluate service outcomes against performance metrics, identifying operational improvements.
• Data Analysis, Technical Documentation, and Reporting - Use technical skills to optimise applications, assess emerging technologies, and define system requirements. Experience with NEC Housing application and Oracle RDMS is essential.
• Systems Development & Enhancement - Support design, development, and refinement of critical business software solutions.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination - Resolve issues, enhance engagement, and build relationships with users and third-party partners.

Desirable skills and requirements:

• Application Delivery & Support - Experience in deploying and supporting enterprise software solutions, preferably in complex or regulated settings.
• Effective Communication - Ability to clearly present ideas and complex data to diverse audiences.
