NHS Jobs is seeking a Fixed-Term Band 6 Diagnostic Radiographer to manage the general x-ray area across mobile, x-ray, theatre and porter staff, ensuring workload is balanced and that examinations are completed and images are sent promptly.

You will work in collaboration with clinicians to provide high-quality imaging, participate in on-call imaging for urgent cases, supervise student radiographers, and maintain knowledge through CPD while upholding patient safety and information governance.

Responsabilités

• Manage the general x-ray area across mobile, x-ray, theatre and porter staff.
• Ensure all exams are completed and images are sent from the day before or current shift.
• Participate in training and assessment of student radiographers and provide supervision during clinical placements.
