Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking Senior DevSecOps Engineers with a strong Infrastructure Engineering background to design, build, and secure scalable IT infrastructure. You’ll implement IaC, automate deployments, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines across Windows and Linux environments.

You will work within a multi-disciplined DevSecOps team, gaining exposure to cloud architectures (AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation tooling, while maintaining high performance and robust

Qualifications

• Proficient in DevSecOps with agile delivery using Scrum and Sprints (Jira/Confluence).
• Windows and Linux systems administration including Active Directory.
• Virtualisation and software‑defined networking (VMware vSphere, NSX).
• Experience with web proxy servers (Squid).
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Ansible; Packer knowledge.
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Git/Bitbucket/GitLab integration and branching strategies.
• Containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Scripting: PowerShell and Bash; Python.
• Networking: IPv4 addressing and routing.
• Logging/monitoring: Zabbix, Splunk.
• Cloud concepts with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and manage IT infrastructure with emphasis on automation and scalability.
• Develop IaC and scripts integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• End-to-end systems lifecycle management from architecture to decommissioning.
• Support integration and delivery of complex solutions within a system-of-systems.
• Enable cloud deployments across public, private, and hybrid environments.
