Job summary

Luxoft seeks a DevOps-focused engineer to advance an AI-enabled platform. You will work with product managers and engineers to implement and operate AI services in a cloud-first environment, ensuring alignment with best practices and the corporate cloud platform.

Successful candidates combine hands-on cloud experience with IaC, scripting, and strong English communication skills, enabling proactive, independent work in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services and cloud platforms.
• IaC/DevOps experience using Terraform, Python, shell scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI fluency relevant to DevOps; familiarity with LangFuse deployment.

Development of AI-enabled solutions that support a signal-driven commercial intelligence platform connecting market insights, content creation, sales engagement, and client feedback.

Responsibilities

• You will work in a highly collaborative work environment as a part of a project team including product managers and fellow engineers. You will implement and advance the platform for the AI solutions from the DevOps perspective in alignment with industry best practices and the corporate cloud platform.

SKILLS

Must have

• Experienced/hands-on with AWS services
• IaC/DevOps experience (Terraform, Python, shell scripting, CI/CD pipeline development)
• AI fluency and experience relevant to the DevOps role (example: know how to depoy LangFuse).
• Highly motivated and proactive; able to perform independently
• Strong verbal & written communication and English proficiency

Nice to have

Knowledge of AI fundamentals and understanding of AI solutions, including orchestration and RAG.
