Datatonic in London is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen client DevOps practices and modernize pipelines on Google Cloud. The role suits someone with initial DevOps experience or a software engineer transitioning into the DevOps field.

You will collaborate with ML, data engineers and clients, design robust CI/CD pipelines, and champion best practices while helping scale infrastructure across projects in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Start-Up/Scale-Up Experience: Previous experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment

• Containerisation/Virtualisation Expertise: Proficiency with technologies such as Terraform and Kubernetes

• SRE Principles: Experience in implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

• Cloud Native Architecture: Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, ideally on Google Cloud

• Client-Facing Role: Prior experience in a client-facing position

• SDN Knowledge: Understanding of Software Defined Networking (SDN) on Google Cloud
