Salary: up to $100-160k USD base + strong bonuses (50-100%+)

Summary

This growing crypto trading firm has experienced steady growth over the last 3-4 years, maintaining resilience despite the volatility in the crypto market through their robust strategies.

The company is highly tech-driven, focusing on developing and refining HFT algorithms for over 10 years, with a team comprising engineers from top market makers and hedge funds worldwide.

They have an established DevOps/Infra team and are seeking an engineer to enhance their low-latency performance through improved monitoring, metrics, and network optimization.

The DevOps team possesses strong AWS skills and an infra-as-code approach, offering exposure to these technologies.

The team is primarily based across Europe, so you will work approximately European hours to collaborate effectively.

Skills and Experience Required

• Performance monitoring and optimization experience
• Software development mindset (not a sysadmin)
• Deep understanding of networking, ideally latency-sensitive environments
• Knowledge of AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code is preferred
• Financial industry experience is not required
