Job summary

VDEX is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE leader to design and execute a seamless migration from AWS to GCP, spanning compute, storage, databases, and networking. The role demands deep expertise in Terraform/Terragrunt, CI/CD pipelines, and robust security controls.

The candidate will own architecture, cost optimization, and secret management using Vault, GCP Secret Manager, and Cloud KMS, while guiding a team of engineers and ensuring best practices in GitOps and cloud security.

Qualifications

• Migration leadership from AWS to GCP across compute, storage, databases, and networking.
• IaC standardization using Terraform/Terragrunt with modular CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish IAM, Organization Policies, and security auditing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a seamless migration strategy from AWS to GCP with minimal downtime.
• Lead the DevOps function and set engineering standards for the team.
• Architect and manage IaC pipelines and security controls across environments.
• Oversee secrets lifecycle with Vault, GCP Secret Manager, and Cloud KMS, ensuring auditable access.
