THE WORK

1. Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes and Istio infrastructure on AWS.
2. Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
3. Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
4. Collaborate with development teams to enhance workflows and developer experience.
5. Work with security teams to integrate security practices across the development lifecycle.
6. Automate release, rollback, and disaster recovery processes for system reliability.
7. Create and document processes to share knowledge organization-wide.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Istio, AWS, Terraform, and CI systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
2. Proven ability to leverage cloud services and open-source software to drive results.
3. Experience automating release management, disaster recovery, and build/test automation.
4. Strong understanding of security best practices and collaboration with security teams.
5. Success in building scalable systems and working cross-functionally.
6. Experience releasing reliable, stable products across multiple platforms.
