Job summary

Grid Dynamics is partnering with a London-based asset management firm to standardise build and deployment pipelines. You will join a small DevOps squad to create repeatable, portable pipelines for .NET and Python stacks, with strong quality gates and observability.

The role focuses on enabling teams with opinionated defaults and migration of legacy tooling, while maintaining production readiness and fast delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps engineer with production experience designing and operating Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy at scale.
• Experience designing continuous delivery pipelines with gates, approvals and rollback.
• Comfortable with on-premise networking, firewalls and VM deployments, and cross-environment patterns.
• Strong
• Autonomy and excellent written communication; able to align multiple application teams around templates.

Responsibilities

• Design and build standardised GitHub Actions workflows for build, test, scan, package, and deploy.
• Package services as containers with correct configuration, logs and metrics exposure.
• Support both Kubernetes and VM/Windows deployment targets within the same pipeline framework.
• Wiring test suites and security gates (SAST/DAST, CVE scanning) into the pipeline.
• Author and review Terraform and Bicep for supporting infrastructure.
• Migration of build pipelines from legacy Azure DevOps to the GitHub Actions flow.
• Document the standard and enable other teams to adopt it effectively.
