About the job

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure for our Tether Data Division. The ideal candidate will have a security-first mindset and strong technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure solutions at scale
• Manage deployments and updates across our infrastructure
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance
• Conduct security audits and implement hardening measures
• Mentor junior team members

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years of Linux systems administration experience
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker/Podman)
• Knowledge of GPU container management, virtualization (QEMU/KVM), network architecture, security practices, NodeJS deployment, monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, version control, and server security (FIDO2, Yubikeys)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and incident management skills
