The Role:

We've partnered with a SaaS Consultancy who are on the hunt for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. This role, reporting into the Head of Technology, will focus on the maintenance and ongoing improvement of their SaaS platform. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your already established skillet across a variety of technologies.

This is an incredibly diverse role that will require you to undertake a number of tasks and responsibilities, including the mentoring of junior team members, managing the delivery of projects, and interacting with key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the maintenance and improvement of the companies DevOps practices, including automation of build, deployment, and release projectsProvide 4th line support to debug and tackle system and user related issuesManage multiple cloud environments, mainly AWS, ensuring proper configuration and optimal performanceRecommend and implement best practice for DevOps processes and proceduresManage the development and maintenance of documentation related to DevOps processes / procedures

The Person:

5+ years experience in a similar roleExperience working with AWS, Console, SQL, Docker, GitExcellent communication skills - Written and verbalPrevious leadership / mentorship experience is highly desirableIdeally a Batchelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent
