Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to maintain, support, develop, and optimise cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for our digital health, fitness, and lifestyle platform. This role is critical to ensuring secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud operations supporting both our engineering teams and end users. You will work closely with the Head of Cybersecurity & IT and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, compliant, and secure systems while automating infrastructure deployment and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and maintain cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistent, repeatable, and secure infrastructure deployment and management.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support seamless software delivery.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring processes to enhance system reliability and developer productivity.
• Implement and maintain security best practices in cloud deployments, including IAM policies, role-based access, encryption, and secrets management.
• Work closely with security teams to support compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, PDPA) and healthcare-specific security frameworks (e.g., MOH Cybersecurity Guidelines).
• Assist in incident response, system hardening, and risk remediation.
• Contribute to observability stack including logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on cloud DevOps engineering experience, including cloud computing, storage, and security of high-throughput datasets.
• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• AWS/GCP/Azure certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code practices and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in ISO 27001 certified and/or SOC 2 compliant environments preferred.
