Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Migrate existing CI/CD pipelines from TeamCity and Octopus Deploy to Azure DevOps.
• Implement robust security controls across the software development lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning, access management, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and monitor environments to ensure consistent, reproducible deployments and minimal configuration drift.
• Configure monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards to ensure proactive issue detection and system reliability.
• Administer Bitbucket repositories and ensure adherence to proper branching and version control practices.
• Promote a collaborative DevOps culture, encouraging communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Embed DevSecOps principles, integrating security practices throughout the deployment pipeline.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in automating software deployments to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for .NET and SQL Server applications.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell, Python, and C# scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of Git and branching strategies; experience with Bitbucket is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of secure development practices and CI/CD governance.
