Do you like balancing hands-on technical problem solving with structured ways of working in secure, high-impact environments? You’ll be joining a collaborative DevOps team supporting systems that really matter, where reliability, security and service quality are at the heart of everything we do.
In this role, you’ll work across both business-as-usual support and project activity, helping to ensure platforms remain stable, resilient and fit for purpose. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of incidents, proactively monitor system health and act as a key point of contact for Elastic-related services. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues, encouraged to share knowledge, and given the space to develop your skills while working within well-established ITIL-based service management processes.
This is an office-based role and can be based in London, Gloucestershire, Manchester or North Yorkshire.
