Senior DevOps Engineer required to join a fast-growing start-up / scale-up financial services company. You will work closely with developers, product managers, QA, and stakeholders to help scale, modernize, and grow the platform across the UK, Europe, and US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the current platform supports and aligns with ambitious growth plans
• Review existing infrastructure and processes, proposing improvements
• Optimize performance and speed
• Manage component end-of-life cycles
• Conduct vendor reviews and management
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to design next-generation products
• Develop scaling strategies
• Work with the CISO to implement InfoSec policies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in deployment and maintenance of containerized microservice applications and VPCs across multiple regions
• Experience designing infrastructure and deployment plans for rapid growth
• Knowledge of data protection and sovereignty issues
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Experience monitoring metrics, output, and performance
• Pragmatic approach to project execution
