Client Server Limited is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, deploy and run scalable production platforms across AWS, VMware and Kubernetes. You will enhance CI/CD pipelines, implement Terraform IaC and enable self-service environments for developers.

The role includes flexible WFH options with Bracknell office days, strong focus on monitoring/observability, and ensuring highly available systems. The team collaborates across multiple development squads in a global financial services

Competenze

• Strong experience building and maintaining software delivery pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Hands-on IaC experience using Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, Artifactory and AWS services such as ECS or EKS.
• Experience managing production hosting environments, AWS and VMware.

Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS VMWare GitHub) Bracknell / WFH to £95k

Are you a Senior DevOps Engineer who enjoys building scalable, resilient platforms and improving the way software is delivered?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on DevOps Engineer role a global financial services company as they rebuild the international payments platform, working within the Corporate Payments division.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will build, deploy and operate production applications across AWS, VMware and Kubernetes environments. You'll develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management and create self-service environments that empower developers to work more independently.

You'll also enhance monitoring and observability to identify and resolve production issues, drive zero downtime deployments and design highly available systems. With plenty of scope to improve existing platforms and services, you'll help establish a strong DevOps culture, sharing your expertise and guiding multiple development teams.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the Bracknell office twice a week.

About You:

• You have strong experience building and maintaining software delivery pipelines and CI/CD processes
• You have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
• You have experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, Artifactory and AWS services such as ECS or EKS
• You have experience managing production hosting environments, AWS and VMware
• You have a solid understanding of Linux, Windows Server and networking
• You're familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Icinga2 or APM platforms
• You're collaborative with great communication skills
