Position Summary

As a Sr DevOps Engineer, you will develop and maintain all cloud infrastructure, automation, and integration across systems. It manages code workflows and takes active part in software release activities.

Core Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maintaining and improving cloud-based infrastructure, as well as working closely with our developers on the code changes required for our releases.
2. Act as a point of escalation for the UK and a mentor for more junior team members.
3. Engage in greenfield work, alongside managing brownfield projects and user support.
4. Lead and participate in releases, including planning and communication with team members, developers, Product Management, and Product Development.
5. Produce clear documentation for work as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer working with AWS, infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Terragrunt), configuration management (Ansible), Linux systems, bash scripting, version control (git), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Bitbucket, CircleCI, Jenkins), and containerization (Docker, ECS). Experience with Kubernetes and EKS is a plus.
3. Experience working in an Agile environment.
