  • Investment Optimization: Help clients maximize value from their existing ITSM tools and frameworks.
  • Strategic Planning: Create roadmaps to advance DevOps maturity using emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Platform Product Management.
  • Collaborative Transformation: Engage with stakeholders across all levels to co-create and implement modern technologies, processes, and operational models that lead to lasting transformation.

Additional Involvement Opportunities:

  • Business Development: Support business growth through proposal writing, client pitches, RFP responses, and event participation.
  • Internal Contributions: Participate in campaign planning, whitepaper creation, internal innovation sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Learning & Development: Access continuous professional training, certifications, and development programs to support your career path.

  • Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), developer experience, observability, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with observability platforms and practical experience working with development teams to enhance monitoring and telemetry practices.
