Job summary

Flo is seeking a senior Infrastructure/DevOps professional to join the Velocity team. You will build intuitive self-service tooling, standardize security and observability, and evolve the core stack on AWS, EKS, and Terraform.

The role emphasizes reliability, privacy features, and a doc-first collaboration style across distributed product teams. A flexible, hybrid workplace with 2 days in the office is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or DevOps roles supporting high-traffic distributed environments.
• Experience scaling consumer tech platforms with millions of concurrent users.
• Background in hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments.
• Professional Accreditation such as AWS Professional Architect, CKAD or KCSA
