Join an innovation-led food business as a Senior Development Technologist. You will develop innovative new product applications for retail, foodservice, and B2B customers, contributing to high-profile product launches across various categories.

Utilize your creativity, ingredient knowledge, and trend awareness to formulate innovative, commercially viable concepts. Manage key customer relationships by understanding their requirements and capabilities. Engage in recipe formulation, reformulation, and taking new concepts through development kitchen and pilot plant trials.

You will participate in customer presentations and support trials at customer sites, troubleshooting production issues and developing solutions aligned with customer needs.

Based at a recently invested R&D centre within a well-established food company, you'll work in a collaborative, innovative environment that values autonomy and idea sharing. The role requires a keen interest in ingredients and food trends, with a solid understanding of the full product development cycle from concept to launch. Hands-on involvement in recipe development and factory trials is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary for leading customer relationships and presenting ideas effectively. A driving license is required as the position involves some travel to customer sites.
