Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in development monitoring and technical due diligence for lender/investor clients.
• Proven ability to lead commissions independently and provide clear risk advice.
• Strong report writing and client engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs and reviewing work for quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of monitoring and due diligence services for lender and investor clients.
• Identify and communicate risks related to cost, programme, procurement, contracts, planning, and funding.
