Job summary

Churchill Living is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our Partnerships team. You will lead end-to-end delivery of affordable and mixed‑tenant housing projects for registered providers, coordinating with legal, finance and external consultants to meet budgets and timelines.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, risk management, and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive profitability and project success across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Real Estate or related field.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in viability assessments and risk management.
• Excellent project management and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of affordable and mixed-tenant housing projects for registered providers.
• Oversee design, build and commercial delivery to ensure profitability, quality, and timeliness.
• Coordinate input from Group Legal, Group Finance and consultants to meet budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with planning obligations, Section 106 and affordable housing standards.
