About the Department
The Property Development function is responsible for all aspects of developing properties, from sourcing deals, initial planning, negotiating contracts, design, engineering, financing, to construction completion and leasing.
About the Role
The Senior Development Manager will manage development and construction risks by overseeing design briefs, budgets, programmes, consultant services, and appointments, as well as coordinating planning and design teams. You will also manage the design, procurement, and delivery of developments and major or complex Asset Management construction projects.
