About the Department
The Property Development function is responsible for all aspects of developing properties, from sourcing development deals, initial planning, negotiating contracts, design, engineering, and financing, to the completion of construction and leasing.
About the Role
The Senior Development Manager manages development and construction risk through design briefs, budgets, programmes, consultant services, and appointments, as well as coordinating planning and design teams. You will also oversee the design, procurement, and delivery of developments and major/complex Asset Management construction projects.
