Cobalt Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate to Associate Director level Development Management Planner to join our Bristol planning team. This senior role leads complex development projects, providing strategic advice and managing key client relationships.

You’ll oversee a varied portfolio across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, guiding them from feasibility to determination while mentoring junior planners and supporting business development.
