The role:

Opportunity for a Senior Development Solicitor of 4+ years PQE to join a top-tier practice in Manchester.

You will join a top-tier international Real Estate team hosting a prestigious portfolio of clientele including the likes of:

• Developers
• REITs & Asset Managers
• Government and Public bodies
• Institutional & Property Investors

This firm will offer you the opportunity to work with senior partners and legal directors whilst giving you every opportunity to, in time lead, the negotiation of; Land acquisitions, long leases, pre-lets, forward funding and investment sales.

Whilst also being supporting to progress your own career you be pivotal in the support and guidance of junior lawyers in their early-stage development.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Development Associate 4+ years PQE
• Experience across the full spectrum of Development work ie; Landlord & Tennant, Lease agreements, title investigations, land acquisitions and disposal and transactions
• Be a self-starter who can excel in this role with minimal supervision
• Team player who enjoys being in a collegiate atmosphere
