Overview

Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working in property development finance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Development Finance team, helping to deliver new homes for private sale and affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading on providing timely and accurate management reporting for your scheme portfolio, including joint ventures, s106, and land-led projects.
2. Representing finance at monthly scheme meetings and influencing outcomes.
3. Assessing financial and commercial risks of investment proposals, conducting sensitivity and scenario analysis, and identifying mitigation strategies.
4. Supporting the regional Head of Development Finance & Analysis in reviewing investment appraisals, conducting due diligence, advising on deal structures, and drafting investment papers.

Candidate Profile

We seek a qualified Accountant (or equivalent experience) with recent investment, project appraisal, and financial modelling experience, ideally within the UK residential property market for mixed-tenure schemes. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based at our offices in More London Place, with relocation to Camden later this year. Candidates should expect to work in the office at least 2-3 days per week and be prepared for occasional travel for site visits and meetings.
