Forget-me-not Chorus is a Wales-based charity that brings joy through singing for people with dementia and their carers. The Director of Development & Communications will grow annual fundraising income and oversee communications, working with a small team and freelance musicians.

The role combines strategic fundraising leadership, writing funding proposals, and building relationships with funders, corporate partners, and supporters across the charity’s funding landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing funding across trusts, foundations, major donors and campaigns.
• Excellent writing and storytelling for funding proposals and communications.
• Ability to develop compelling cases for support and funding proposals.
