I’m recruiting a Senior Development Chef for a major premium food and hospitality business, working across culinary development, client presentations, tenders and large-scale production.

This isn’t purely a role for someone who wants to spend every day developing dishes. You’ll be the number two within the development function, bringing structure, organisation and fresh thinking to a highly experienced culinary team.

• Comfortable with systems, specifications and documentation.
• Commercially aware and highly organised.
• Diplomatic and confident working with experienced teams.
• Comfortable travelling when required.
