About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing function within the Human Resources and Organisational Development Division. You will support our people through transformational change, enhance employee experience, and ensure our OD and Learning interventions are impactful and aligned with strategic goals.
The Senior Learning, Development and Change Consultant will oversee the development, skills, and training of the council workforce, supporting the achievement of strategic objectives and corporate priorities. You will promote the council’s vision, values, and aims, advocating for citizens through excellent service delivery. Regular stakeholder engagement, including with Managers, Heads of Service, and Directors, is essential to understand and meet business needs.
You will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of various development and change initiatives, influencing leaders and employees to meet organizational objectives. Acting as deputy for the Learning, Development and Change Manager and leading projects across the OD and Learning function will also be part of your responsibilities.
