This is your opportunity to play a key role within our applications team in the Actuarial Public business unit, focusing on designing and delivering platforms and processes that enable effective data use across the consulting business.

The role is within the Actuarial Public business unit, the largest provider of consulting services for the Local Government Pensions Scheme. You will join the Actuarial Public Client Applications team, a multidisciplinary group where you can showcase your software development skills while contributing to building a modern data platform and supporting our wider data strategy.
You are comfortable working in a team and independently exploring solutions. You have experience with Azure tools or Microsoft SQL database technologies and are eager to transition these skills to the cloud. You enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Highly desirable skills include designing data-driven applications in C# .NET, integrating various data sources, and managing large datasets. Familiarity with APIs, web visualization tools, Power BI, Python, R, and Azure technologies is advantageous. You should be motivated, a good communicator, and eager to learn continuously.
