Job summary

Arc is seeking a Senior Developer to lead the design, development and maintenance of our flagship intranet-in-a-box product, using SPFx, TypeScript and React, and integrating Azure Functions with .NET and C#. You will guide product direction, work with AI tools, and ensure scalable, secure deployments with CI/CD, while collaborating with business sponsors and the customer success team.

The role is largely remote with occasional travel to London, Basildon, Yeovil, or Yateley.

Qualifications

• SPFx, TypeScript and React experienced required.
• Backend experience with .NET/C# and Azure Functions.
• Experience leading end-to-end development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps).
• Ability to document concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and safe AI-in-SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for the flagship intranet-in-a-box product.
• Build web parts and extensions using SPFx, TypeScript and React.
• Develop and integrate Azure Functions backend with .NET/C#.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI services into the platform.
• Shape the product roadmap and advise on future direction.
• Maintain and manage CI/CD pipelines for high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with sponsors, customer success, designers, QA and developers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Maintain performance, scalability and security considerations throughout development.
• Create and maintain concise technical documentation for onboarding and handover.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365, SPFx and Azure trends.
