Job Description: Senior Software Developer at MONY Group

We’re hiring an experienced Senior Software Developer. This role involves working in a full-stack product team, but given the skills in the team, it would suit either a full-stack or a more frontend-leaning developer.

How you’ll spend your day

• Lead the delivery of new features and functionality in your team.
• Collaborate with team members and work hands-on through end-to-end delivery, using practices like pair and mob programming.
• Contribute to the technical strategy for your team.
• Drive initiatives for improvements.
• Manage maintenance and operational requirements, such as technical debt and documentation.
• Mentor and coach others using your expertise and experience.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Significant experience with modern FE frameworks (Vue.js and React).
• Experience with automated testing types (unit, integration, contract, E2E, performance) and capable of TDD.
• Proficiency in good code design practices and ability to coach others.
• Flexibility to support full-stack work and experience with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to guide and mentor teams to deliver high-quality web applications.
• A passion for agile development and delivering value quickly.
• Enjoyment of a highly collaborative environment, pairing, and mobbing.
