While this position involves providing reactive support over the helpdesk, a proactive approach to implementations, upgrades, and automation is encouraged to enhance the user experience. You will work with all users across the business, including Traders and Executives, so prior experience delivering a “White-Glove” service is expected.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and DNS/DHCP is essential for this role. Experience with market data applications such as Bloomberg or scripting with PowerShell or Python for automation is a plus.
