We are looking for a super creator to let loose their greatness across everything
that we do. Are you someone who has a great eye for design and knows how to
tell a story through editing and animation? Someone that understands
how to build a brand through motion and is excited to work with a huge nationwide brand.

LeSHOP have partnered with one of the top energy providers in the UK to build out a creative studio team that exclusively supports their account. The team is closely tethered to the client’s inhouse studio and take day to day direction from the client.

So, you’ll sit in LeSHOP offices two days a week and enjoy all the perks of being a Publicis employee. But all your time will be spent working side by side with our clients, working on their brand and bringing the account to life, and you will work from their offices one day a week.

  • Delivering on a wide range of creative briefs using your design and motion design skills (note that more than half your time will be spent delivering on briefs requiring motion).
  • Typical motion design tasks include bringing the client’s brand to life across digital channels, designing assets, logos and infographics for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Typical design tasks include delivering on creative briefs using media, email, a wide range of printed, event and OOH experience collateral.
  • You will also be responsible for championing motion principles and looking for ways to refine and develop them further within the studio team.
  • You will continually collaborate with others on the studio team, project managers and brief owners to deliver on brief, on time, every time.
  • An outstanding portfolio of published work spanning different channels, from print to digital, including advertising, branding, motion, web, etc.
  • Expert motion skills using After Affects and other Adobe tools.
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, and its potential applications in design and motion graphics.
  • An interest in or foundational knowledge of 3D animation principles and software is a plus.
  • Email and performance marketing channel expertise.
  • Experience working within a creative agency or an in-house studio is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team, fostering strong working relationships.
