Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Sr Design Manager to lead regional creative direction for themed experiences, driving innovative concepts from concept to production across theme parks, tours, hotels, and live shows.

The role requires expertise in environmental design, site installation, and strong graphic layout and presentation skills. You will manage high‑complexity projects, guide partners and licensees, and collaborate with US/EMEA teams to ensure brand consistency and

Qualifications

Experience in themed entertainment or closely related fields.
Site installation experience.
Familiar with industry trends in guest experience design.

Responsibilities

Lead regional creative direction for themed entertainment, ensuring brand consistency across projects.
Guide creative execution for local regional projects, overseeing partners and consultants.
Collaborate with US/EMEA teams to align with department goals.
Shape development for themed entertainment projects including parks, tours, and live shows.
Provide art direction for environments, spaces, graphics and media.
Review and revise scripts for live entertainment and media.
Conceptualize and communicate creative ideas to partners and senior management.
Review and approve creative submissions and production drawings.
Work with partners, vendors and brand teams to align execution with concepts.
Partner with product managers to deliver designs meeting business needs.
