The role:
We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and take the lead in designing event assets, activations, installations, signage, and print materials for This is Beyond’s events. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and impactful graphic solutions for a variety of experiential events, exhibitions, and brand activations. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling visuals that drive audience engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design for live events and exhibitions, with a deep understanding of branding and design strategies. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing both large-scale campaigns and smaller on-site projects, and overseeing the production of print and activation designs.
You will also be responsible for artworking assets across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to delivery. As part of the creative team, you will guide and mentor two Midweight Graphic Designers, ensuring all work aligns with the brand and business goals. Reporting to the Art Director, you will also work closely with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure smooth workflow, timely execution, and alignment with event objectives. The role requires someone who thrives under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail and strong technical skills.

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
