A leading company in the fashion industry is seeking a Senior Designer to drive the creative vision for its woven department. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver premium collections, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring alignment with current trends. This full-time position is based in London and offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and quality.
Job Description
As a Senior Designer at COS you are responsible to deliver the company vision and targets clearly for your department and lead your team towards this. In this role you are responsible for building and driving a strong assortment, providing products that sits in a complete wardrobe in all layers of the triangle meeting the customers’ requirements and the COS aesthetic. You are responsible to drive the selling, constantly with the customers’ expectations in mind. You will be responsible for growing and developing junior team members within your department. Our woven department includes many of the garment groups that COS has become renowned for including tailoring, denim and outdoor.
