  • Source and develop high-quality fabrics and handlooms that meet both creative and production needs.
  • Create technical drawings and CADs in line with the development calendar.
  • Conduct market, trend, and consumer research to guide design direction.
  • Work closely with Technical, Production, and Merchandising teams throughout development.
  • Participate in fit sessions and ensure product consistency in quality and fit.
  • Present collections to internal stakeholders and external licensing partners.
  • Support and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and in-country teams.
  • Travel as required to support product development and team collaboration.

  • Strong multi-product experience across lifestyle categories.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to present to stakeholders and brand partners.
  • Technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and fabrics.

  • A creative yet commercial mindset with an eye for trend and innovation.
  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working to critical path deadlines.
  • Graphic/print design experience would be a bonus.
