Job summary

Danielle Ward Recruitment is collaborating with a highly successful fashion supplier to recruit a Senior Designer to join their flourishing team. The role is hands-on with the design process and involves developing ranges for nightwear, loungewear, intimates and athleisure across Menswear, Ladieswear and Childrenswear.

You will work closely with high street customers, lead the design team, mentor juniors, visit overseas factories and manage critical path timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous senior design experience in fashion.
• Keen eye for trends and commercial design.
• Experience across nightwear, loungewear, intimates and athleisure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design team and mentoring junior designers.
• Work with customer design and buying teams, attend meetings, present ranges.
• Liaising with factories overseas.
• Attending comp and inspiration shopping trips.
• Managing and updating the critical path.
